What is the Zator® option, and what are its benefits?
The Zator® option means that the stainless steel tips have a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating. The benefit to this is twofold: a) it creates a slicker surface eliminating friction, and b) it helps retain the edge longer. These instruments still need to be maintained and sharpened the same as the standard version, and so once the coating is too far gone, they can be sent in to our Service Center to be re-tipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Our website is currently unable to process international orders; however, we can ship to almost any global destination (except to sanctioned or restricted regions). Please contact us directly to place your international order.
My instrument is broken. Can it be repaired?
Yes! Most broken instruments can be repaired. We offer a full-service instrument repair center for all of your sharpening, re-tipping, and refurbishing needs. Please visit our Service Center page for more information.
I placed an order, but I have not received it yet. When can I expect to receive it?
Thank you for your order! Because most of our instruments are made to order, production typically takes 4–6 weeks to complete before shipping.
